This drooling recipe will definitely make you forget everything else but chocolate <br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />¼ cup Milk<br />1 pack Digestive Biscuits<br />2 cups of Milk<br />½ cup Sugar<br />⅓ cup Corn Flour<br />¼ cup Cocoa Powder<br />¼ cup Cream<br />2 cup Dark Chocolate Compound<br />½ cup Cream<br /><br />Method:<br /><br />Mix ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Compound and ¼ cup Milk. Microwave it for 30 seconds.<br />_<br />Make a paste of 1 pack Digestive Biscuits and add the melted chocolate in it. Make a soft ball out of this mixture.<br />_<br />Place parchment paper in a tray sized bowl. Set the chocolate mixture in it and keep it aside.<br />_<br />Now we have to give the first layer on the pastry for that add 2 cups of Milk, ½ cup Sugar, ⅓ cup Corn Flour, ¼ cup Cocoa Powder, ¼ cup Cream, and 1 cup Dark Chocolate Compound in a heated pan. Cook till it thickens.<br />_<br />Once it gets thickens pour this mixture on a chocolate pastry.<br />_<br />For the second layer mix 1 cup Dark Chocolate Compound and 1/2 cup Cream. Microwave it for 30 seconds.<br />_<br />Now we have to give another layer of this mixture. Refrigerate it for 4 hours.<br />_<br />After refrigerating it for 4 hours make a small piece of it. Sprinkle the pastry with dry fruits.<br />_<br />Have a bite of this mouth-watering double chocolate mousse pastry!
